Hiretune (“we”) is operated by CHPX. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and optional name.
• Resume & job content: the resume text and job descriptions you paste or upload, and the AI-generated results (score, keywords, tailored resume, cover letter).
• Uploaded PDFs: when you upload a resume PDF, we extract its text and do not store the PDF file itself — only the extracted text you keep in your account.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we store a customer/subscription reference, never card numbers.

Why we process it

To provide the service (score and tailor your resume, generate cover letters, track applications), process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your resume or job content to train AI models.

Processors

We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Neon (database), Upstash (rate-limiting), and OpenAI (your resume + job description are sent to generate the score, tailored resume, and cover letter). Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

Your rights

You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. To exercise other rights, email support@chpx.io.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting an application removes it from our database; deleting your account removes all your data (resumes, applications). You can export everything first from Settings.
